  I've attached the working version of the US Helper Manual. It's based on the UK version, with language changes and less restrive statements about Linux versions.

  Finalized version of the US-ENGLISH Manual

  I have removed references to city during signup, since Eldy uses Zip codes in the US version(This needs to be changed in a future release). Also removed reference to weather forecasts, since that function has been deleted in the US-English version(This function needs to be added in a future release)
