Bridget…..the font selection seems to change the size of the printed email here. Are you using the latest version? You might want to submit a bug report.

I made many changes in the US language file. Rather than use letter(s), I changed the word to message(s).
In the updated version attached, the word letter(s) is used only during the account creation process.
File name is lang.tlchost-122209.txt. Rename lang,eldy to lang.eldy.old, copy this file in the land/en directory and rename to lang.eldy
