Eldy 2.2c – update 4-12-2009
dear ALL
we have just released Eldy 2.2c – for test.
1) windows:
disinstall Eldy 2.2b or Eldy 2.1; Install from this link:
http://download.eldy.eu/eldy22.exe
2) linux
download eldy22.tar.gz and install as usual:
http://download.eldy.eu/eldy22.tar.gz
please comment, specially for labels and translations!
Some observations:
A.
In both the windows and linux versions the American English brings up the Italian disclaimer page when entering chat. In addition, there is no chat window….only friends. Changing to English solves that problem.
B. Please restore smtp mail….and the how to is now incorrect since only POP mail is functional
C. One still can not delete documents…..can create storage problems.

dear T, that comes from the fact both for Eldytv, disclaimer, portal: US environment has not been prepared yet.
About email, new system is based on POP and smtp – we leave IMAP for next weeks.
about deleting docs, you are right, but i see it in the list of things to do!

Rather than have it not work at all, why not let it use what the English Language selection uses….we can work towards the specific TV stuff rather than have a US Broken version.
